Overnight stay

I made a booking at one of their Backpackers overnight in Harrismith. At my arrival to find myself on the street. The owner of the Backpackers don't want to let us in. So, i call the hotel.com for assistent, no luck it took me almost 2 weeks to find someone and the person i get hold was in Indie. He managed and help me for a full refund. That took also another 2 weeks. Well .. they definitely lost a client. I will uses agent's that never let me down. The agent i normaly use could not assist me at that time in my price. For me if can't book direct from the owner, lekkeslaap agents are best to my experience so far.
