NOT CREDIT WORTHY AT ALL

<p>My wife was contacted by them yesterday to offer her their packages. After along conversation she had to give card details to them to reserve a membership booking which wanted think over. The instruction was very clear to them that they are not allowed to debit her account. After ending the call she noticed sms from the bank that her account was debited with an amount just over R1800-00.</p> <p>I have established that this company is not South African owned and also not registered with the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa. If they were at least one would have had an avenue to fight this company as they at least stand for:"As such, we adhere to a strong Code of Practice which is fully compliant with all existing laws pertaining to the industry and its practitioners. We also ensure the protection of consumers through our Hotline, where complaints against DMASA members are resolved timeously. Further protection is offered through the Do Not Contact facility held by the Association.".</p> <p> </p> <p>My advice to anyone out there is not to do business with this institution at all!</p> <p> </p>
