Money deduction

Hotel Stay Pretoria called (the two people I spoke to Steve Mpho and Precious) me and sold whatever it is that they were selling to me. I was really interested at that time but unfortunately I didn't have money. I ten told them that let's just forget about but instead a month or two later they called and told me they managed to deduct money from my account, I asked them who gave them the right because the last time I spoke you guys I said let's leave whatever it is since don't have money. I then told them to reverse my money and they don't seem to be bothered. Each time I call and get transferred to the Pretoria office, no one picks up the phone.
