Money debited on account without owners consent

Good day,<br> <br> I'm logging this complaint on behalf of my husband, He was a member of Hotelstay last year .He received a call this morning from the consultant offering him to renew the card for half priced stay but he didn't chat to the consultant because he was on the other call he just say that please call me again but when he is done talking on the phone he receive an sms showing his account debited with R3000 from them, they took advantage because they had his account details. What they have done is dishonest and unprofessional to debit someone's account without the owners consent, HE WANTS HIS MONEY REVERSED BACK.
