Membership status

Good morning<br> <br> On the 24 April 2015 I received a call from Hotel Stay consultant about the renewal of my membership, and an amount of R1655 was swiped on my card. To my surprised till date I have not received all the benefits due to me as a member, and I have made more than hundred call without success and sent them numerous emails to resolve the issue.<br> <br> Regards<br> VUSI EPHRAIM MASILELA
