Lies and bad service

Hotel stay company is a **** i paid 3k and had not use any of the services due to financial reasons. Now they tell my contact expires now in July. Nothing was sent to me whasoever regarding the duration. They are refusing to combine my 11 months vouchers i haven't used. They refusing to refund either. I've lost 3k. 😕 i hate their lies
