Hotelstay ****** me!!

On 29 May, a salesman called me and mentioned all the advantages of Hotelstay It sounded good. He asked my credit card number. I did not give the last 3 digits on the back. 4 minutes after I ended the call R2850 were deducted from my credit card. I phone immediately and cancel. From 29 May till now Hotelstay did not answer my numerous e-mails. 11 September another saleslady called. Something MUST be done with Hotelstay. Is there anybody out there knowing how they can be stopped with this ********* practises.
