Hotelstay non-existent
I was sold a discount card from Hotelstay for discounted rates at certain hotels, restaurants, airport lounges etc. The 1st time I tried to use it at a lounge, access was denied and their call centre did not work. The second time I tried to book a hotel, the reservation number did not work again and the agent that promised me he will "always be available" did not answer his phone. Please do not get caught out by them.
