Hotelstay false promises

<p>In 2014 I was promised 2(TWO) years of membership (with proof), but when they had to send me the second years card in October 2015 the delivery either via post or courier just never took place. After numerous phonecalls to confirm that I really should get the card, it was authorised for dispatching on the 18th of October. They make promises for you to buy the card and when it comes to fulfulling the promise they back out. </p>
