Hotelstay card it is a def stay away card membership

<p>Bought a hotel stay membership for the year 2013 to 2014 . They could never give me a beter rate than the hotel itself only used it once for that entire year ,complaint several times about their level of service a faceless business you can't talk to a manager could not use my 2 night free vouchers as promised . The following year their consultant Galiema contacted me and promised me that they were under new management and my free nights could be carried over to the 2015 year . This never happened as they could not give me a free night at any of the hundreds of affiliates , I were told at the call centre that they were now operating from Durban and Galiema were fired. I were supriced when Galiema phoned me in May 2016 and promised me once again she is going to honour her word and get me 1 nights free acomadation if I renew my membership emediatly . I told her please give me the free night acc before she can get my card details never heard of her again and she told me she were never fired an will continue as being the person who would handle my affairs which I could never get hold of in a whole year . HOTELSTAY IS A BOGUS BEWARE THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD WHITOUT ANY RESULTS . YOU CANT COMPARE THEM WITH PROTEA HOTELS PROCARD ITS CHALCK AND CHEESE SERVICE ....</p>
