hotelstal is a *******

Last year in february i joined hotel stay,and cash amounting to R1600 was deposited into hotelstay account .I joined a year contract of traveling with them.probably after 6 months that when i got the club card for travelling after numerous calls#My airtime# to their offices.their card when i received it even though i knew it was a year contract their card showed and still shows that the expiring date is 09/16 .So i thought because of their delays that side my card showed that the voucher/expiry date has been extended.So me and hubby relaxed when it come to travelling because we knew we still had time ,now after february one of the consultants calls me (because they know the want our money now)to come and renew my card as the system shows that it has expired.Then i told her that yes that could be but i was given the card so late but ,the card shows that it will expire much latter meaning they have extended the time.So the lady pretended as if she understood and never called again in March another lady by the name Kim calls me and tells me the same story to come and renew my card as it has expired ....i explained my story ever since she said the manager will call me till today
