Hotel Stay.com *******

This company are a bunch of *******. I bought a VIP card for +R3000 where they promised reduced rates on hotel stays in SA and overseas. To date a year later i still have not received my card. I have called continually to get my money back and they have been hiding from me saying the money is being charged back and never was. When i call back to talk to the manager I am told the manager is on lunch. This has gone on for months. They are ******* as i have received no services for the money i paid.
