Hotel stay takes your money and doesnt deliver

I was called by hotel stay - I paid R6000 for 2 years benefits and only used one voucher. I got a call asking me to take up another year at a discounted price - the year was extended to be 18 months. The call was recorded and confirmed with the supervisor. cards were supposed to be delivered by a courier company. <br> I received no card. I opened a complaint at their call centre. A card was posted to me for 12 months not 18 months. No vouchers were sent to me at all. however the payment went off my account immediately.<br> Its just about ripping people off. <br> this is *****.
