Call centr **** with unusable website

Hotelstay operates from a call centre and is very convoncing when they sell a non existent product. After numerous attempts to login, register, and reset password. I have finally given up. They are very quick to send friendly electronic answers when you attempt to use their product, with no follow up. I was able to speak to an operator once and her only responce was that they where aware of problems with the website. I am ashamed to have been fooled like this
