Round about mid year of 2014 I was called by one of the Hotel Stay company call centre reps and she sold me a seemed to be too good a package. Because I travel a lot, this package deal made a perfect sense to me. Little did I know that it is only one of the ****s that we often naively get ourselves into being victims in this country. Numerous times I have tried to book accommodation through them and all in vain. They tell you to call their call centre for booking and every time I try call I get to hold for about 10min before my call gets dropped . Got excited this morning when I got to hear that I was number one on the line when I called, and guess what, got cut of again after holding for about 5min. In other words I never got through to their call centre rep so I could make the booking and see if this money gamble works. The only time I get to speak to someone from the company is when they call me persuading me to upgrade my status, and every time I would share my frustration with them and they always promise me that someone would call me and sort out my query. This yearly membership is going to be up in no time yet I never enjoyed the Hotel Discount benefit
