BEWARE OF HOTELSTAY

Please people do NOT take any membership from these sharks. They are disgusting to deal with. I made that mistake and is paying dearly for it. They do not tell you their T& C's till you can do nothing to get your money back. The worst is that the sales people refuse to listen to what you need and take it upon themselves to upgrade you without your consent and then help themselves to your credit card. When I tried to cancel my membership they calmly told me there is nothing I can do and they refuse to refund you. It has only been a month but they only give you 5 days to change your mind. That way you have no idea how devious they are. I was NOT told about the 5 day window, only when I tried to cancel a month later. So I cannot cancel but out of principle I absolutely refuse to use their services. They just make assumptions about your business travels and decide what you need and the more you object the more they keep at it. Better to just stick with a simple company like BOOKING.COM who have always given me excellent service. STAY AWAY FROM HOTELSTAY !!!!!!!!
