I booked for accommodation on the Hotel Trivago platform which gave me the most reasonable price for an accommodation in Durban at peak period with an agent called hotelsclick.com. After making my payment, Hotelsclick.com came back to me a week before I could travel to let me know they could not confirm my booking and that it was now cancelled. It was a huge task in getting my refund, and Hotel Trivago stepped in and refunded me in full. Hooray to Hotel Trivago.
