Please assist to claim my refund
****** by Hotel Bookings after paying my vacation accommodation was told that their account was hacked but they did not refund me. I paid off a full amount of R16400.00 for 6 people. I had to refund everyone from my own pocket. They told me that their account was hacked so they did not make bookings for us. This information was brought to my attention a day before our vacation. Our vacation was on the 28th of December 2025 to the 3rd of January 2026. On the 27th I called to find out where will we get the keys for our rooms that's only then they told me that they didn't make bookings for us because they were hacked. And they told me they will only refund after they have resolved with bank. I had to pay everyone from my money. We were booking a trip to Durban. Their business number is *** email: ***an Address: 163 Innes Rd, Windermere, Berea, 4001, South Africa. I just need these guys to pay me back my money of the amount of R16400. They are taking me back and forth and with attitude.
