Exploitation in Bologna

Good Day It is with regret that I have come across such exploitation with hotel bookings in Bologna during a trade fair. My booking for 2020 was cancelled via www.booking.com because the owner of the B&B became aware, that my booking coincided with the trade fair. He therefore made a false comment, that my VISA card was not working, which is a lie!! So they cancelled my booking at B&B Stefano in Bologna and now suddenly, the place is fully booked for those days in 2020!!! This just to exhorbitantly inflate their prices - www.booking.com did confirm my booking and did NOTHING about this. AVOID BOTH!!!!!
