DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

We arrived in Cape Town on 17 November 2015, and went to Val de Vie in Paarl to visit with one of the directors we of our company. we left Franschhoek on the 21st of November 2014, and decided that we will be able to get a place to stay through Hotel [URL Removed] Arriving in Camps bay we phoned them. They assured us the only place available is Villa Simona. FNB WAS USELESS IN ASSISTING US. They wanted my cvc number, which my husband refused. Nevertheless I believed them, but they promis it sure that they must not process any transaction before we saw the site. 10 minutes later the sms. came through, and they deducted 8000k from our credit card. We rushed to the facility, only to find a run down guest house(not Hotel)with paint coming of the walls and a empty indoor pool with dog **** in it. the owner showed us the room. I did not enter, It looked like a scene from a Frankenstein movie. I said Thank you, but this is not what we wanted. you can compare my photos to the actual site. The owner then promised to refund us in 10 minutes. She did not. and refuses to do so. I want my 8000k back. the recording at hotel bookings should be called up,and you can hear the exact conversation.FNB
