Worst Technical Support Person - Shakira

I am very upset at the level of technical knowledge one of your staff has. I had to repeat myself on chat 3 times before I threw the towel, I just needed to know if my account had some restrictions on it because i cannot navigate between folders on 3 different ftp clients. But no its all the scripted troubleshooting steps we all have to go through for no reason. Thank You very much.
