Worst service Ever. Stay away!

Please never ever do business with this company. They leave you out to dry! There is a online chat support which responds quickly...but doesn't do anything...won't provide ANY telephone numbers....wont provide any real assistance. Recently my website began loading very slow. I experienced constant site downs. Yesterday I sent the following mail.

"Hi. My site is very slow and down very often. This damages my business. I want to move to another company. Never have I ever experienced so many down issues with a hosting company. Please provide the procedure of cancelling my services with you and getting my money back.

Sincerely."

After no reply yesterday, I just logged on to check my email....and my website is down, access to all services cancelled, and no trace of any services I have with Hostking.

I received the following email from billing: "

Good day Thank you for your email. We will be getting a supervisor to contact you. We have cancelled the services from our side. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any further billing inquiries. We hope you have a great day further. Kind regards,

Without any further notice this company just cancelled all services, sort of "getting back at me" with my site down now, and locked out of all services.

This is horrible, unprofessional company conduct, that most definitely will cause damages to your company and financial loss, as is currently doing to my company.

Stay away from Host King!
