Worst hosting provider ive used

After giving these guys the benefit of the doubt I continued to keep my hosting with them, including a VPS I have with only 1 website hosted on it. This VPS has been extremely slow with timeout issues for two days. Darshan, the support manager has been nothing but unhelpful, empty promises and just ignores emails. My clients POS system has been down for two days and very little effort from their end to resolve. The told me the site is using too much memory. The database is not even 200MB. I was told that I need to increase the memory from 4 CPU’s. I moved the same site to my reseller account / shared hosting also with Hostking and it works with no issues. I was just fed a bunch of lies, empty promises and ******* stories for 2 days while they said they were setting up a new VPS for me. Darshan blatantly ignores emails and tells you one thing but does another.
