VPS slower than shared hosting and not willing to fix what is broken

Been struggling for months with these guys.

My VPS server is slower than shared hosting! My antivirus is broken and they not fixing it. My whmcs doesn't let me log in between 9 and 12 daily. They just change my vps login details and do not communicate the new details with me

What a horrible company to work with. This has been going on for months.

Now I need to go through the hassle of migrating over to another host
