We would like to know more of this occurence. We suspect one of our clients maybe have submitted a domain transfer for the domain. System is automated. If they did so incorrectly we would like to investigate it and warn our customer or close their account if necessary. We are part of the ISPA and with such we abide by a strict code of conduct hence we would like to investigate this further. Kindly send us more information to *** so we could further investigate for you. Thanks
