They have ZER interest in assisting people NO HOSTING COMPANY IS SO USELESS
Hostking does things THEIR way regardless of what you request. They so pathetic with very ******** staff that i was forced to move my domains elsewhere. Besides taking 3 days to respond to any technical issues they have NO CLUE about some simple ENGLISH language. Now they REFUSE to assist me with a domain of mine that was not moved and my account was closed. They hold me to ransom as I'm unable to use my clients domain So now I lost the business and Im forced to take this matter legally

17 Jan 2022, 16:19Hi Trevor. I have checked and can see that the issue was expalained and query resolved. We dont hold domains as domains are registered on our customers name not our own hence you should be able to transfer it anywhere in the world as you wish. Basically a request must be done from the host wanting the domain. Cannot be done from our side unfortunately.
