TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM HOSTKING

Host King has terrible customer service. After years of disappointed I requested to have my services cancelled and to be refunded my monies. Despite acknowledging that I will be refunded and making demands for my details - identity document and bank account - which they have anyway. They have not refunded me since April 2024. My last request for the refund was on 26 June and today is the 7 July. If you are 1 day late with payment they terminate your services. I will not recommend their services at all.
