Terrible service and non existent support
Absolutely the worst hosting service available. There servers are extremely slow. Their support is non existent during the day. You can log a ticket and it will only be answered in the morning hours. I have literally been put in a position to go ahead and cancel my service and find a new hosting platform as I need a reliable site not one that goes down all the time and their non existent support is not available to get your site back up and running. Cant have a site that takes 5 min just to load one page. Is there a way to get a refund on the remainder years that you paid for up front? I would not recommend host king to my worst enemy. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HOSTKING!!!!! Over promise and under deliver

03 Feb 2022, 01:54Wow I cancel my service with them the night before last, most of today says its still pending cancellation, go through the whole process with someone from support, they eventually send a email stating it timed out, I need to reinitiate the cancellation. There site has been giving a 404 not found error the whole night just checked again and its still offline. How the hell do you guys work man. You can even keep your own services up how are you running services for other companies. I want you to release my domain as in now. I need to get all the stuff over to my new host. I have been offline for 3 days now. I need to complete my website so I can go live. You are costing me money now. That is not fair and not right. Get your **** together. AWEFUL!!!!! service you dont deserve to be a hosting service. If I need to I will take this further. Get my stuff sorted.
