Terrible Service

I have been working with hostking for 3 years +

I have continuously tried to support these guys but their service is shocking. The support on live chat gets so annoying as you spend hours chatting on live chat. There is no answer on the telephone line... ever! Support manager promises to call you back and you never hear from.

I have recently tried moving over to a manged VPS. They hand over a VPS with no IIS istalled. Do not have the knowledge of SSRS even though they advised they will get it setup within 4 hours. A week later i am still waiting and have now hired someon to assist with the server setup.

Dean on support was extremely rude / arrogant when i question this. Not the first time i have had to deal with this and now i will be moving my hosting elsewhere. I have put this off for ages and given them the opportunity, however it is now affecting my business.

I would def not recommend this circus as a hosting provider.
