Terrible Experience. Customer Service is not known in this organisation

Nightmarish experience. They send reminders of due invoices long after the invoice has been paid. Sending proof of payment does not resolve the matter, the emails keep coming. When I signed up I asked for an email to be set up for me, a year later, I am still waiting. No feedback, nothing. On their adverti*****t they state that you are able to talk to real human beings when you have challenges. The only time I spoke to a human being was when I was being onboarded.

Soon after I sent an email cancelling my renewed subscription, they respond with a semi-decent email, informing me that the matter has been resolved, apologising for the inconvience. Get this, the email included a message in bold letters indicating that Domain Registration NonRefundable.

They can keep the renewal fee. I will not subject myself to a year's misery over R99 and then pay a monthly subscription after that, no thanks. I did it for an entire already from May 2023 to date, plus the Domain registration. Full me once.
