Support is awful!

Support is awful! Attitude towards their customers is really bad. I talked to Ziyaad regarding my web hosting gone bad. Will definitely move my business elsewhere.

I logged tickets but it just don't get looked at. Tried phoning in but no one answers.

Overall had a bad experience with the guys.
