Poor Service with empty promises

When I saw there advert on Social media, and as I was in the process to start an E-Commerce business that will be selling books I thought this might be my solution, one pager Website, with answer yes I can grow, Little did I know that this was the beginning of my frustration, No reply on internal chat box, les response on e-mails, with the great support I had to register a .co.za account and a .com, I had detailed discussions with Hostking regards the website and so much so that I was introduced to a Checkout 'Stripes' which i found great. Then the fun start, The cannot offer me e-commerce only a one page introduction website, that after before i signed up was committed they can do that, after several mails it dried up, they have my money and I have nothing but empty promises and a promise to a one page introduction website, I tried calling them for 3 days, today my 3rd day, no respond only music and a voice I am number one in line. Today I received a statement and invoice that my payment is due for the "Free Website" wow, this is what i call great service, paying for a free website that I still don't have?
