NO Wordpress Technical Support on Hostiking

Registered with Hostking. Wordpress got installed. Theme's stylesheet did not work properly. NO technical support. Had to cancel their services after not even a month. Their answer? '.. we are not currently involved in the designing of websites.....'. How do you sell a product without technical support? It was ****************.
