Ignoring Domain Transfer Requests

Hostking has been unwilling to accept a domain transfer request for more than 3 weeks now. I have been trying to transfer a certain domain away from hostking due to bad service. Every time I query the status of the transfer, they acknowledge receiving it, but doesn't accept it for no reason at all. Just blatantly ignoring it. I will never reccomend their service to anyone. Their "low" prices comes with the low level of service you can expect.
