HOSTKING - VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I signed up for Hostking WIFI fiber, after getting confirmation from one of their agents on Twalk that my house has fibre Its been 3 weeks, I have gone to buy another wifi fiber router today and STILL HAVE NOT GOIT WIFI, WHITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO GET THIS SORTED OUT. I have asked for a full refund, also this has been ignored as I was promised that my wifi will be sorted out, Im so frustrated and had it, cannot work without wifi, and no end in sight!
