Their service delivery is very weak and they are expensive.

Technical staff take drastic steps that could damage database files and mess up your website without first consulting you.

I reported a bug that caused my website to crash. After reporting the issue and not getting any results I did my own investigation. I discovered that It was a single file on my cPanel that caused my website to crash.

Please keep in mind that I had no prior server side coding knowledge when I started hosting with them the start of the week.

I notified them of my discoveries in order to help them speed up the debugging process. One of their technical staff thought it was a great idea to wipe my website data as a solution without consulting with me first as their client before making such a drastic decision with a customer's sensitive data.

I demanded that all files where restored just as it was the day before and informed them that I will do my own investigation and try to resolve the issue.

They restored my data but not as it was the day before which tells me that there was no backup made before the data has been removed. They then replaced the files with a previous backup causing me to loose some website data.

I do not recommend them to new users or new web developers. You will become your own technical service.
