Hostking. I've never had it so good.

I've had websites forever. Was at Webafrica for years. Started off hopeful, became discontented and finished off unhappy. Billing issues. Email issues. Migration problems. Few cpanel features. Spotty service. But I'm a loyal customer and it takes a lot to move. The Webafrica spun off Gridhost into 1-Grid and the wobblies and lack of customer engagement forced me to look around. Found Hostking. I thought "let's good, let's try out cheap and look from there". Well, I'm sold. Webafrica at its best was less than Hostking at its worst. The cpanel has so many features, including website builders that made it fun and easy. The change came at a time of business expansion. I added domains, upgraded services, migrated packages, outgrew limits, needed interventions after hours etc. I was a demanding customer. Service was spotless, and it got better the more urgent and late in the day it was. Human people with good s****s and attitudes. The price points are great. Speeds are good. I've seen some negative comments. I've learned that it's my responsibility to give techies enough info. I can't expect anyone to be a telepath. Also, some things tasks are not simple and rely on 3rd parties. I don't expect perfection from anything or anyone in this world; that's delusional and entitlement. From what I see, Hostking has its act together at a level I haven't seen before at a price that is ultra-fair.
