HostKing - Gremlins eating your money. Service? You must be kidding!

HostKing works with a ticket system. I have been dealing with them for some time without problems. Suddenly, tickets are not followed up on as promised and domain transfers do not ACTUALLY happen, although you pay for a service that includes hosting and access to cPanel, which means you can control content.

Guess what? If they don't initiate and complete transfer, then all those things are useless and you are chucking your money into the water.

Seriously honest company, or dubious new management. Who knows? I just know I did not get what I paid for.
