Hostking destroys emails

My email account *** with Cube Webmail is hosted by Hostking. Sometime last week I experienced difficulty accessing my email. Hostking responded to my enquiry by saying that R399 was required to sort the problem out. I paid Hostking this money and eventually I had access to my email account. But none of the emails sent to me were available. My inbox was completely empty but it still reflected that there were 6457 and counting emails. After numerous telephone calls I am still unable to access my actual messages. Now this week I was booked to attend and online lecture series. As I am unable to access the link in my emails, I have completly missed all the lectures. This email account is part of my teaching practice and I have been unable to access any relevant emails. Hostking have treated my enquires to resolve this matter with disdain.
