********s. I signed up for 2 packages with them and could not get my website to work on their platform, despite logging many support requests. They strung me along for 10 days, saying they'll sned my query to their "tech administrators" to investigate but these proved to be inexperienced and ***********. They even tried to get me to install remote control software on my computer so they could take over my computer and set it up for me. This is when the alarm bells started ringing. After 2 weeks I cancelled and requested a refund. I am now waiting for them (another 2 weeks again) to stop dragging their feet and actually process the refund. I am doubtfull that this will even happen in my lifetime. They are stringing me along again.
