Host King poor Host

I paid R 600 to have a little slush fund at Host King. They renewed domain names that I no longer used with that money instead of the one I did use and then the leftover was supposed to go to monthly fees. Their argument is that all domains were on auto renewal and that is why the money was deducted. If I never paid they would have automatically expired those domains which they threatened to do. I thought it would be easy to cancel the domains and place the money where it was intended. The domain auto renewal by the way is in the small print. Something that significant should be advised or have the customers attention pointed to it. You would think that keeping a customer from 2013 would be more important to them but it turned out that it meant nothing. I asked for a senior person to call me. I was told this would happen. Still waiting for well over a month. I have a new host now who happens to be cheaper and more effective.
