Host King is the worst

This is absolutely the worst service provider I have encountered. They have no client service, phoning multiple times just to listen to their atrocious music playing. We paid our account a month ago, which wasn't even in arrears and got cut off, and still it has not been switched back on. If this is what they call client service, then I'm baffled, nor even a response on emails. This is absolutely unacceptable. We pay for a service that we don't even get. Basically they are just *****ing our money.
