Horrible service from Hostking

I have tried to move my domain from 1Grid to Hostking since 25 November. The email that I use with this domain is critical important. I had access to some of my emails for 1 day. Then Hostking had a server problem and 4 days later they still don't know what is going on or restored my emails.

My second issue is their billing system. I paid in advance and they send me 3 emails demanding payment. I send them the proof of payment everytime. I eventually had to open a ticket to get that problem solved.
