HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I will go ahead and just say I don't understand what is going on with this company they are quick to debit money from your account every month but are slow at resolving client issues.

I have an account with them that has ssl but my emails have been operating on a non secure port. I have not been able to conduct business with my clients as i am unable to handle correspondence emails and this has been going on for weeks.

I have complained about this issue a number of times. They take days to respond to your issue and their last correspondence was that they had resolved my issue but I guess they really did because here I am on hello peter giving them a bad review after a long time of being patient.

Honest opinion, you are better served finding a different hosting company which is what I plan to do.
