Emails just vanish with no explanation or solution

Would never recommend this company, Wednesday all my emails for this specific day (inbox and sent box) were Gona. They can’t recover the emails not tell me why it happened. Friday it happened again. All they keep telling me is they are business with it. Two days! and now when I get to work on Monday I have to ask all my clients to resend me the emails. Makes my business look ***********! All well we have no record of any information which is also in breach of the act that governs our industry.
