Downtime hosting

This company had a 80% increase in pricing. Did that improve service not at all. Instead my international clients have more downtime. I have lost clients because of bad hosting services. Will I be compensated for this loss. Not at all. I was a fool to choose hostking as my provider I bare all the risk.
