Cannot send e-mail to any e-mail address on a specific domain

Since September 2019, my organisation has no fewer than 8 calls (#***, #***, #***, #***, #***, #***, #***, #***) logged on Hostking's support ticket system for e-mail that bounces to our domain.

Although these were attended to with various forms of urgency by the support team, the problem remains. Some calls were not attended to at all.

I myself backed up e-mail and recreated some accounts the previous time this happened. Now it has happened AGAIN! Apparently, the tech staff say that a DNS Zone reset does the trick. Well, I requested a DNS Zone reset yesterday. Today our e-mail is still not working as it should.

I also assist another organisation with their hosting, also at Hostking. That organisation's e-mail has been working flawlessly from day one. At one stage when I asked one of the tech support personnel why there were continuous problems with this organisations e-mail and not the other, he answered that this sometimes happens. There doesn't seem to be a reasonable explanation for this. Both organisations use exactly the same cPanel shared hosting packages. Bu the services are hosted on different servers.

Be that as it may, but I think it is only reasonable to expect that something you pay for should work as expected. This issue is driving us nuts!

There is no tel no that one can call at Hostking to speak to a human. The closest you can get to tech support is using the live chat feature on their site. Very convenient for Hostking. Very frustrating for clients!

I would prefer to remain with Hostking, but I just can't get them to solve this problem once and for all. If Hostking doesn't respond with a suitable solution, even after posting this issue on Hellopeter, I'm afraid we'll have to seek a hostking company that has services that work and can provide suitable support.
