Brilliant service

I took out a domain and web hosting plan with Hostking. Unfortunately I made a mistake, and they very quickly rep**** to my query. They were very happy to give me a refund (even though the mistake was mine). Shortly after that, they even went the extra mile to install software that I needed on my behalf, free of charge. I'm blown away by the caliber of their service - I rate them 11 out of 10!
