Billing team slacking off

Hostking really is dispponting me.Just started using them and already disappointed with their billing team. They ask you to send proof of payments when you pay your bill but they don't go through their proof of payments. They just shut down services and claim they haven't seen proof of payments. Making your company look bad when all people see is account suspended and frankly they do not care.It's either too many clients have them overwhelmed they failing to handle demand or they just don't care. Very very very disappointed. At this moment i really would not recommend them!
