Bad Technical Service

My experience with Hostking thus far has been the worse experience by far. I have a domain with an alternate service provider and requested for Hostking to host my email. I have paid for the service but have not received any emails since I bought the service on the 3rd September 2020. I lodged a ticket after 4 days and have not received any feedback from Hostking regarding this technical issue I am experiencing.

I tried cancelling the service and this proves to be a problem as well. Can anyone advise regarding a solution to this problem please.
